52/365: Two Medals

Today I skated in the 25k National Long Track Marathon. I defended my
senior title, which was exciting as I called my race the battle of the
best friends as C was skating as well. Well, time to put on bandages
and head to bed as there is another race tomorrow.

51/365: My Lucky Socks!

I kid you not. These are my lucky socks. On the sock it even says so.
Tomorrow is the big day, I was on the ice for a bit today and I am
ready! No fears my socks will be on.

50/365: We Have Arrived

We have made it! Our first stop... the oval. The ice looks amazing and
I am so thrilled to be here.

49/365: Please do Not Take my Luggage!

If you are curious and tempted to take my luggage. Stay away from this
bag! While there is not some exotic clothing buried within the bag. I
figured that a speedskating skin suit would really scare off any
potential thieves. Plus how would the look? The sight just gives me
the creeps!

This weekend I am heading to Nationals. I am in the midst of a packing
frenzy before we leave tomorrow.

48/365: Vintage Footage

My grandfather used to make home movies. As I was watching the videos
a bit of vintage speedskating caught my eye. So I asked my parents if
they would lend me the DVDs (which they were converted to a few years
ago) so I could watch these.

47/365: Mr. Potato Head Comes to Our House

Little Miss T came to hang out with E and I today. We got her a Mr.
Potato Head for Christmas, so we spent time perfecting the art of
building Mr. Potato Head. Now if we can figure out how to get his
bucket of parts back into his bucket.

46/365: Cookie Bouquet

My mother-in-law sent this over as a valentine day gift. In the center
was this cookie, now if I can remember this come Saturday.
