151/365: A Weatherman

So E and I bought my parents a weather station for their house. Today
the boys spent time putting it up. It works pretty slick. Although I
am not sure how my parents are going to handle the alarm when it drops
below 32•F.

150/365: A Long Wait

Two moments in my life of wired waits stand out. The first was in
London when I waited in line to ride an escalator. The second was
today with a line waiting for the Vineyard to open and then the two
plus hour wait on the seating list.

149/365: A Big Fortune

Imagine my surprise when I opened a birthday gift from the amazing
Jen. It was a HUGE fortune cookie.

148/365: To Be 29

Today my mum and I went to the Twins game. Even though they lost <big
sad face>, it was enjoyable to listen to the crowd during the ejection
filled 7th inning.

147/365: One More Day

Tomorrow is my 29th birthday. This jersey was my poppie's which he got
on a visit to Korea. I loved it so much that one day after realizing
that he did not wear it all that often, it became officially mine. Now
that I am going to be 29, do you think I should give it back?

145/365: The Hawaiian Shirt Ball Player

My poppie was recruited to play during E's vintage base ball game. He did well as their second baseman and his nickname was Guido (E's nickname is Sugar). Surprisingly, he hit this ball. So I wonder if he will play again.

So no one has interest storewide? Hmm.

143/365: Hidden Treasure

I spent the day at my parents house. This is one of my favorite
places, outside listening to the water. If you look closely you can
see the waterfall.

Saw this as E and I were heading out for the evening.

I love fruit!

140/365: My Life Saver

I love Pandora! It keeps me well entertained. I also super geek out
with this as I drive home.

If you have not tried it out, I suggest you try it for at least five
minutes or songs.

At 90 degrees today, I think I can say my sweaters are obselete for a
while.

138/365: Fighting the Losing Battle

The dandelions are never ending! And unless it is raining I will be
pulling these things all summer long. Not to mention, a bathroom
remodel times two when it is raining. Oh yes I am jumping for home
ownership joy.

Today E and I headed out to the store. And as we were there I noticed
this clock/watch thing on the wall. If I remember right my cousin A
had one. I cannot remember if we did or not.

The strongest woman I know.

The woman who taught me that with hard work and determination I could
do anything.

The woman who taught me how to take a picture, drive a car (God love
her!), and interior decorate.

The woman who is participating in what I call the labor of love by
helping me finish my quilt.

And finally the woman who taught me how to be a great daughter,
sister, and wife and how it included being independent, charasmatic,
and having great family and friends.

127/365: Sister Packs a Punch!

E and I went to the Saints game and I spoiled myself with a massage by
Sister. It was wonderful and she worked out a huge knot! One thing I
noticed was that she had the softess hands, rivaling E's kindergarten
teacher.

See ya dandelions. If this doesn't work than maybe I will have to
think about a weed burner. Actually, corn gluten meal or vinegar is

123/365: To The Baseball Game We Go

Today was Kirby Puckett bobblehead day. E and my dad headed out early
to get one each. I followed later as I spent the morning at the Living
Green Expo with my sister. Even though the Twins lost it still was a
good time.

122/365: Start of the Season

Today was E's first game. Here he is heading up to bat.

121/365: A Rebirth

E has restitched these vintage base balls so that there are a few more
to practice with. His first game is tomorrow.
